We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. We neither accept the return for products with scratches nor being used.
The item must be in the same condition when it was received, unscratched, unused, undamaged, and have all of its original packaging.
To issue a return, it's a mandatory to send us product photos by email. During our pick up, the courier will inspect the order and check if it is used and will accept only unused items.
- In case of paying with credit/debit cards, you will get the transfer back in 5 business days.
- In case of paying on cash on delivery, you will get your money back when we pick our product.
In case of applying for a refund after leaving destination, same shipping fees will be applied to pick up the order.
No returns/refunds for customized orders.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
